Current Goal: 190 pounds

Actually lost a bit of ground this week.  Not surprised.  I’ve been fighting a cold all week, and missed a few workouts because of it.  Diet seems to have kept most of the gain at bay, but I’d better get back on the horse quickly.  It can’t do the job alone forever, especially since my folks are coming to town this weekend and I’m liable to eat more heavily than usual as we show them around the town.
